The Cottages at Summer Village offers small seasonal homes that live
big. Extra-large windows, 9’ ceilings, and 12’ sliders
that open up the living area to a three-season porch give each cottage
an open, airy feeling.
Each three-season porch features 5’ high glider windows with screens and an old-fashioned ceiling fan. On warm days, the porch windows can be opened wide to the summer breezes. On cooler days when the windows are closed, residents can bask in the warmth of a sunny, glassed-in atrium.
Six cottage designs are now available, including one- and two-bedroom
styles. All cottages were carefully designed to provide architectural
variety and plenty of opportunities for buyers to customize their homes.
