A Village Built for Summer Fun
The Barn
The barn is the centerpiece of the amenities at The Cottages at Summer Village.
Modeled after the old barn that once occupied the site, this three-story community center
includes a great room with a fireplace, a complete fitness center, men’s and
women’s locker rooms with saunas, a game room with a variety of game tables and a
specially designed arcade that is insulated to minimize sound.

The Pavilion
Our open-air Pavilion is a favorite spot for picnics, games and parties
throughout the summer months. The Pavilion seats nearly 200 people and
includes a stage and dance area.
Outdoor Amenities
Beautifully landscaped common areas are the backdrop for:
- Three swimming pools, including two family pools with a kiddie pool
and a heated adult pool
- Tennis courts
- 1600+ sq. ft. golf green for chipping and putting
- Two playgrounds
