About the Village

For more than a century, a cupola atop an old barn on Post Road in Wells, Maine served as an area landmark. Now a replica of the cupola lets residents and visitors know that they have arrived at The Cottages at Summer Village, a gated summer cottage community just minutes from the sandy beaches of Wells. Summer Village has rapidly become one of the most sought-after communities in Maine. In fact, we expect to sell out in 2008!

Located on former farmland tucked off of Post Road, The Cottages at Summer Village combines easy access to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and other amenities of Wells and Oqunquit, Maine with a surprisingly private site.
